This Department is made up of specialists in administrative law, who along with their solid academic formation, count with vast experience in consultations, authorizations, public contracts, administrative procedures and administrative litigation in the fields of regulation in Bolivia.
SS&A incorporated professionals who have a prestigious backgrounds and recognized experience, who have been consultants for various public and private companies within the field. The areas in this Department include: Electricity, Hydrocarbons, Transportation, Telecommunications and Basic Services.
Aside from the regulated fields, the department also counsels in the area of Mining in the activities of prospect and exploration, exploitation, concentration, melting, and selecting, as well as the Commercialization of minerals and metals.
