Since its creation, Salazar, Salazar & Asociados Soc. Civ., counsels natural and juridical people, international organizations and institutions in all types of commercial matters as one of its main activities.

In order to complete these tasks more efficiently, a Department of Commercial Law has been created. It is led by lawyers with ample experience in these areas with proved capabilities in negotiations, discussions, drafting, and interpretation of commercial contracts be it national or international; interpretation and application of laws, treaties or community decisions, that affect the exchange of goods and services in the judicial or extrajudicial resolutions of commercial controversies.

Likewise, electronic contracts are carried out.
